“My children and I recently spent two wonderful nights at Spean Lodge. Paul is the most gracious host - he made us feel at home. Our family room was spacious and very comfortable and we were treated to a delicious breakfast each morning. For supper, there’s a lovely restaurant by the train station. “This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

“We stayed two nights in the green room, and we were very satisfied. It was very cosy and spacious with everything we needed (and more). We had breakfast both days and enjoyed both the food and service. We left both days well fed. The host Paul was very welcoming and could give advice about what to do during our stay.
