It is a property that is in a great need of a major renovation. The daily breakfast is not of the greatest quality. Unless changes are made my family will not be staying there again.
Fernando the morning chef has a great attitude and great service.Also the young lady bartender had a great attitude and makes quality drinks.all our family had a great time.

Staff was average. Check in attendant was rude. Food was bad for breakfast.
The hotel room was not clean and the next room were playing loud music. After calling the front desk about the noisy disturbance, they said they were sending security. Security most likely never came as the loud music didn't stop until passed 1 am. My family and I did not have a restful stay at this property. What a shame. We have been staying at Embassy suites property for quite some time and this site was the worst experience. The room was not vacuumed or cleaned throughly and room smelled of mildew.
Friendly staff and professional. I asked for a bandaid and they gave me one. The breakfast was great and the chef's were all friendly. Our room had thin walls for sure and the matress would sink in when my husband and I got close to eachother. So I would rate our stay okay.
Managerโs reception and breakfast okay, but not to the standard weโve found in other Embassy Suites. Missed the indoor atrium and pool too. Too cold to enjoy outdoors.
