Felt that the description was intentionally misleading around the shared bathroom. This should be the first thing mentioned! Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt.
I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a holding deposit that had not been mentioned in the listing or prior communication. With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. There was no communication or assistance provided at my check in time which made the experience very stressful. I would not recommend this stay based on my experience.
Nice little place tucked away from the main Holborn roads perhaps tricky to locate as it’s situated in a highly residential alcove. Property obviously updated to accommodate travellers. Not suitable for families but good for couples and solo travellers.
One thing to be aware of which the hotel also need to clearly announce you have to pay a £100 card deposit then call back 24 hours later to get a refund the link they send is not active if you book via Expedia. You will find if you do not pay the deposit in advance you are not allowed in and they call you on the morning of departure to tell you to promptly leave on time. Understood as small hotels can become congested…. I think I will book a hostel next time although the staff were clear with communication I just don’t fancy a detailed explanation when I paid and booked my accommodation. Ok for one night but not for me as an experienced traveller I prefer serviced hotel but waiting for my deposit now.
Read the info carefully this is a shared kitchen and bathroom . Quite noisy outside too and the exterior needs a tidy up. Also quite difficult to find too
A functional place to stay, but more akin to a smart hostel or shared student accomodation in a small, modern terraced house ,rather than a hotel.
Be prepared to ponder if you are entering a modern terrace house with nothing identifying it as a place for you to stay.
It was clean, well decorated inside.Neither my bedroom tv worked for more than a few minutes without switching itself off,nor would the kitchen tv actually switch on.I stayed on a bank holiday,so it wasn'tcheap for what it is,despite it being in London.
Be prepared for a,£100 deposit to be requested prior to your stay, before you are given an access code.I met people who maybe hadn't realised a deposit was required and had been distressed by it.( retrospective to booking.)All in all I couldn't recommend the process, the place for the money ,and in future will pay more for a place that has customer service, available humans working to communicate with and hopefully a better sleep and less anxiety finding it!
Not worth the hassle and will stsy somewhere else next time.
Location was excellent. Close to Central Line underground. Shared kitchen was beautiful, fully stocked and clean. Shared bathroom was also gorgeous. We had the triple room and it was perfect for the two of us. Only issue was getting in the building, initially, as we struggled to open the front door, but this was quickly sorted and we enjoyed our stay. There were other people in the house but we didn't really see them. Would definitely go back for the price!
Kaikki meni sujuvasti. Sijainti oli hyvä, keittiö oli siisti, metro lähellä. Voisin ehdottomasti tulla uudestaan!

Not worth it - I found blood stains in the bed and was only offered an apology. Nothing was done to rectify the situation for me other than for me to change the bed sheets myself.
The stairs are difficult to climb with luggage etc.
Not very sound proof so there is lots of noise heard within the property and from the street.
It’s in a central location very close to the tube and places to get food.
Wasn’t aware it was a house share rather than a hotel room.
Room was clean and tidy but tired in places. Kettle in room but no cups.
Easy to find, great location. Customer service contacted me with access details on the day and confirmed things.
Would stay again now I’m aware of the set up. Wouldn’t have tried this initially had I of know the set up and can see other customers have been caught out the same but none the less even as a house where in a clean tidy property, lockable room door and good facilities this is still good value.
this property is amazing. very clean. great amenities.
the cleaner was very helpful and friendly

This is not a hotel!! Also be aware they want 100 pound deposit off you, this is just someone's house converted into a 'hotel'
I am almost certain, they're supposed to clearly state, it has a shared bathroom, not this place!
Its easy to get locked out of this place and your room if not careful, maybe this is why someone was banging on the door all day downstairs when I was trying to sleep.

Very clean, great décor, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. It's a shared bathroom, which is not stated. If it was private, then 5 stars. As others have mentioned the noise travel is excessive within the property, but I guess they didn't anticipate that when they converted it, and can't do anything about it, although it's not helped by the hard marble and tiles throughout. Pod coffee machine in the shared kitchen, great to be able to use a fridge. Access was easy in and out and it wasn't hard to find the property with the full address. Easily walkable from Chancery Lane tube.

Yes, all was very good, but the coffee machine in the kitchen did not work properly. Had to press the on button as coffee was being prepared, and only milk came out, and no coffee..

Hi there wasn't any staff available to support to let me in and even they haven't refumd my 100 poind deposit amount.
The property is a bit hard to find - it’s located within Bourne Court (off Baldwin gardens) and isn’t marked in any way as a hotel (rooms).
The property has 4 rooms over 2 floors and these rooms share 2 toilets between them.
The rooms don’t have good soundproofing so depending on who is in the other rooms will impact your sleep/stay.
The place also has a full kitchen which is shared between the rooms.
I stayed in the triple room and the room was adequate for 2 and 3 if the sofa bed is used.
There is a kettle in the room and tea bags but mugs can be found in the kitchen downstairs.
The bed was comfortable but the room was freezing cold and there is no way to turn on any heating, even though there is an electric fire in the room (unable to turn it on). The window is single glazed so you can hear everything outside and this doesn’t help with the room being cold.
I slept with 2 duvets in me (using the one which is suppose to be for the sofa bed)
Huge tv in the room which only has apps on it.
Overall I was lucky with the people who stayed here in the other rooms as they came back at 1am and made lots of noise for about 30 mins but then went to sleep. If you are a light sleeper or want an early night - do not stay here.
The front door has to be slammed to be closed and rooms/toilet doors also make noise when being opened/closed.
Overall - you get what you pay for.
Being so close to the tube it’s good for one night and if you are using it as a place to crash.

The room was decorated nicely and bed was comfortable however there was no toilet roll at all, no shower gel, just didn't involve any amenities and I can't believe toilet roll and tissues weren't included! The stay was alright, we didn't hate it but probably wouldn't go back
Shared bathroom, and common areas were a bit grubby and tatty, room was extremely hot even with window open and wall was dirty next to the bed. When booking didn't realise this is a room in a house not hotel.

The place is not what they advertised. Definitely not a hotel. They didn't give enough inform on check-in. It was difficult to find the place, open the doors etc. I had to keep calling to get help. I didn't even know my room number. I had to ask for a portable heater as the one in the room gave me a hard time to operate and it wasn't warm enough.
