Staff were nice and friendly but as a solo busbkness traveller I wouldn’t stay there again. Two hotels linked together, royal national reception was the busiest and loudest place. Full of kids, adults in large groups. City sleeper part didn’t feel very safe and nice

The hotel is very well situated very close to theatre land. Although the room was small it was fresh, very comfy and clean. I will definitely be booking this place again if we want a weekend break in the big smoke.
