Great location, TV didn’t have anything beyond freeview, so no Netflix, Amazon etc to log into with my details. No mini fridge either which was weird so had to throw out a lot of food

The bed was really comfortable and a good size but the room was small and cramped. Clothing had to be hung from a frame built above the tea and coffee making area. No drawers or surfaces for smaller items of clothing. Breakfast was fine and staff pleasant and helpful. Access to the hotel meant climbing up several deep steps - tricky for my wife to negotiate. Reception staff were great - pleasant, welcoming, courteous, and helpful.

I had an excellent stay at Ibis. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was excellent. The area is walkable, with currency exchange and the tube right outside the door. It's a wonderful property, I definitely recommend a balcony room. Thank you!

We stayed three nights at Ibis Styles Gloucester after abandoning our reservation at the EasyHotel at Lexham Gardens. The Ibis was close by and reasonable. We were very pleasantly surprised. From the moment you enter you are greeted warmly and sincerely by the young staff and quickly assigned your room. Coffee and beverages are available in the large comfortable lobby. I would take off 1/2 star for the room size, but for the price I wouldn't. It is a bit of a tight fit. The bathroom and shower was great. You can also open the window for fresh air. We really enjoyed our stay, and given the location it's an all round winner.

Great hotel, steps away from the Gloucester Road underground station. Service was to notch. We left our bags there before check-in. The room was nicely sized, clean, comfortable and worth the price. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
