Great location and decent rooms BUT: false advertisement and no service unless you pay.
I stayed there for a week, and even if the location is good, Iโm very disappointed by the company.
- Even when I stayed for a week there is no cleaning. No exchange of towels, not even a single additional garbage bag to exchange it in the bin!! And no reception to ask. If you want the room cleaned itโs an extra ยฃ30+ for every cleaning. Not even the basics are available.
- Expedia clearly states โluggage storage availableโ but when you get your email the day prior to check in they confirm the is NO option to store luggage. When I asked the question they replied that sometimes if the room is avails early you could leave it thereโฆ
- and safety is not great either. During the stay I received the entry conde to the room of another guestโฆ I wrote to the agency to tell them, and nobody even repliedโฆ I could have easily entered another guest room, as I had the room, code, their names, etc.
- TV does not work at allโฆ no cable, no antenna, not possible to connect to wifi and stream, etc. basically for decoration
