"the manager was helpful and quick! The morning shift staff was decent and accommodating. The night shift worker was rude, lazy and inconsiderate!! I asked the cleaning ladies to clean my room while I was gone and they didn’t!!!! My room was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get tissue, wash rags and towles. The dispensers were broken in the shower , there were ants all in the bathroom! I stayed there before and never had any problems and this time was horrible…."
