Room was clean, staff was very friendly and made sure we were all set. Parking was fine, the spots are a bit small so it’s tight parking but otherwise no issue. Air conditioning was fantastic! We have stayed here multiple times and will be back again.

The hotel was better than I expected. I was particularly concerned about cleanliness and potential issues such as insects, but the property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Its location close to the city center and the free parking are also great advantages. If you're simply looking for a clean, comfortable, and trouble-free place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. The parking was free which was in part why I stayed here. Two of the bus lines (20 and 720) run along Wilshire Blvd and taking the bus to LACMA was easy to do.

Great location, was an older place but very well looked after and very clean, maintenance was being carried out while we were there with little to no interruption to our stay. Would happily recommend and would stay again on our next visit. It's seemed pretty full and popular and we always got a car park too

This was a very pleasant stay. Although no extra amenities this hotel made up for it with being very clean and pleasant to stay here. Parking was free and easy to handle. This is great for a very pleasant and simple stay. Definitely recommended for future stays

This was our first time staying at the Dunes Inn, Wilshire, and we we pleasantly suprised with the property. Check-in was easy, though a little different because you get one actual metal key instead of a card. Old school, but cool. Our room was on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator and we took advantage of one of the bell carts they had available in the lobby to get all our stuff upto the room. Our room was spacious, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, and appeared to have been recently updated. The air conditioning unit worked well and cooled the room down quickly. Our minifridge was perfectly cold, and it was nice to have the cold drinks and snacks we brought chilled and ready when we were. The bed was quite firm, which we loved, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The shower was very nicely tiled, had excellent waterpressure, drained well, and stayed hot throughout back to back uses. We didn't watch tv, but I turned it on briefly, and there was plenty to stream if we so desired. We did listen to the free Iheartradio app through the tv, which was nice while we were getting ready for our event. Free onsite parking was great, and while other reviewers took issue with "tight spaces" our boat of a vehicle was easy to manuver. Front desk staff and the security guard were always friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!
