Our stay was good. We were on property for two nights and ate at the wild swan restaurant one evening. Everything was very nice and clean. We booked a king room and got stuck with two double beds, not ideal for our anniversary weekend away. The room also seemed to echo a lot. We could hear guests in the next room shower/toilet and all the doors were super loud. But overall it was nice and great if you are doing things downtown

Came down for Funk Fest , but definitely needed a great rest In between the partying and the Grady was excellent for that rest.

The Grady itself was a beautifully designed property. The rooms were clean and current with a masculine "cigar room" vibe. The staff was pleasant. Our biggest complaint and issue has to do with the valet parking situation. At about 9 a.m., our first morning at the hotel, the hotel front desk called our room to ask us if we could come to the front desk to discuss the valet parking. Once we arrived at the front desk, we were informed that someone had broke out our passenger side window to rob the contents of the car. Thankfully we didn't leave any valuables in the car. Our car was not the only one broken into either. We were told that a few others staying at the hotel had damages to their cars as well. Some of them had several broken windows. So instead of spending our day on the bourbon trail, celebrating my boyfriends birthday, we were left trying to contact police, car insurance, and auto glass repair companies to get our car fixed. This seems to be a recurring issue as on our final morning at the hotel, 3 other cars were being vacuumed out due to broken windows as well. From our understanding, the valet service used at the hotel is a 3rd party company that services a few of the hotels in the area. Why is this valet company even being used? Obviously there's no security in the parking garage. Is the valet company connected to the auto glass repair places?? What a disappointing way to spend our time on what was supposed to be a trip of celebrating.

Lobby and bathrooms are very spacious and decorated nicely. Area around hotel was a little noisy around 4-5am, enough that it woke us up. Rooms were smaller but fine if you’re just in town for a short trip or out on the town most of the time. Good walking distance to some good spots. The parking options weren’t very clear if you didn’t want to do valet. The most worrisome part of the whole trip is that someone attempted to key into our room around 8:30am. Luckily we had the extra lock in place but it was just odd. We did not have the do not disturb sign on the door but check out was still 2 hours away and we didn’t do any type of early check out.

Came here for the ufc fights at the yum! Arena perfect walking distance it’s like 5 minutes if that and it’s also just in the middle of everything rabbit hole is 25 minute and so many good restaurants and bourbon places there’s a chocolate and bourbon tasting place about 5 minute walk from the Grady and the staff was amazing especially whoever checked us in she was so sweet she was like a taller light skinned lady and she was amazing and always complimented my hair and outfits she was there every morning throughout my stay and she was so sweet and great at her job and who ever the valet guy was was great too he like didn’t leave for an entire day one time like bro do they let you leave ??? But no honestly everyone was so great I felt very safe and also comfy robes nicest place I’ve ever stayed and the bartender in the downstairs bar was amazing and so was the chef I rate my stay 900000000/10
