There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."

"ロケーションは最高。エッセン中央駅からすぐ近く。もう一つ手前の地下鉄駅までは徒歩2分。レストランもショッピングモールも徒歩圏内。部屋は広くて清潔。キッチン家電も器具も食器も全て完備。もちろんワイングラスもあり。 エレベーターあり。 ひとつ残念なのは、建物入口のセキュリティコード入力後、ドアが開く反応がものすごく遅い。コード間違えたのかと思って何回も入力してしまった。夜中到着だったので、すごく焦った。 建物入館後、各階の廊下に入るために、もう一度同じコードを入力する必要あり。廊下に入るための事まで詳しく書いてなかったので、あれ？どのコード入力？と思った。 ここも反応遅い。 部屋に入るためにはアクティベーションコードを入力する必要あり。一回アクティベーションすれば、後は4桁のコードで出入りできる。 たくさんコードがあるけど、一回やり方クリアすれば大丈夫。 快適に過ごしました。"

The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer at checkin and in assisting with a room change to the less sunny side of the building. Late July stay brought very warm temperatures. The building structure is a combination of hotel rooms and apartments, such as the one we booked. They asked if we would be cooking in the...

"Das Gebäude ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Die S-Bahn hinterm Haus fährt nachts nicht. Die Hausdame ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Hier fühle ich mich wirklich als Gast willkommen. Immer wieder gerne!"
