โEverything was good and my stay was comfortable. A manager was very friendly and warm.
There were some construction outside temporarily in day time only.โ
โFrom the moment we arrived to checkout the entire stay was wonderful. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. The onsite bar was fun, great service with good "snack" food and drinks. Location is ideal for exploring the short north and surrounding areas. โ
โChecking in was quick and the clerk was friendly. Was concerned before the stay after seeing posts about people breaking into cars and the train tracks behind the hotel. My family and I had gone to a concert and we noticed a police car sitting in the parking lot once we got back. Iโm pretty sure they kept watch for a decent part of the night so that made me feel better and though we did hear a train, it wasnโt an issue. I would definitely stay here again. โ
โThe room was very big and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked great! They even gave you the options on the TV to log into Netflix Amazon prime and YouTube. We were there for a comedy show at the Nationwide arena and we walked there because it was so close. The staff was friendly and the valet was simple and easy to use. โ
