The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast (we didn’t try out anything else). Amenities provided at the hotel were great. Full access to the minibar, water bottles for day use and fresh fruit. They even provided us a breakfast bag on departure since we had an early morning flight. Lovely stay during our brief time in Luang Prabang"

"This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."

"This is a quaint and quiet property. It only has two stories. It's nicely decorated with succulents and has a dining area separate from the main building. The rooms are decent but a little tight for two twin beds. Some fruit flies or some types of flies stayed in the bathroom even though we tried to eliminate them. "The hotel itself is ckean and the staff are friendly and informative. We had booked a double and got two single beds (although this seems to be the norm in Laos from my experience). The toilet seemed to be blocked along the line a bit (I suspect soneone throw toilet paper down) so a few times we had to find a plunger. Aircon struggled in the heat, but the room had strong ceiling fans. I also like the seperate shower and toilet. I'm not sure the pools PH leveks are checked, as after a short swim...
