"Unfortunately the room wasn't ready at check-in time. Once in the room, there was trash on the floor from the previous guest. One of the TVs did not have service. Finally, we had booked hoping to use the pull out bed. There were no sheets on the bed or on the room, and the mattress was horribly yellow. Breakfast and the other amenities were nice."

"The hotel was amazing. This was my first time staying at Ayres property as I had been wanting to for a while so when I saw the location and rates, I knew I had to take advantage of the deal. We stayed in one of the suites, which came with a cute little patio. It was perfect for sitting down with a cup of coffee and a good book, or just enjoying some quiet time with beautiful mountain and lake views. The pool was heated & located in a separate area, which actually made it feel more quaint and relaxing. I really appreciated that they also had plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase, so you don’t always have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable which made the stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was just average with a limited selection, but the service from the staff member preparing it was excellent and made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mission Viejo!"

"Not one bad thing just small annoyances - There was no towels by the hot tub, staff was on their cell phones in the elevator, our refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and why only one chair on the balcony when two people stay in the room."
