“This B & B was fabulous. We only stayed one night, but everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful and clean. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and answered back promptly. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful location within easy 5-10 minute walking distance to downtown Bayfield shops, restaurants, and the ferry to Madeline Island. We were there for peak fall leaves color. The view of the lake, the island, the small marina, the trees, and the sunrise from the cozy furniture on the deck outside our door was amazing. It is a motel, so there is the potential for noise from the vehicles that park outside the rooms, but it was a non-issue. Our stay was peaceful, pleasant, and perfect.”

“Light switches were strange. Could not turn on bathroom without turning on ceiling lights bright. All the on line connections seemed too much and confusing. Restaurant wascgreat”

“This hotel is on a lovely property and from the outside, looks like a grand historical hotel. The interior decor is not in alignment with the building and the rooms are tired. Breakfast was just okay. I would stay again if there were no other options and be okay, but the cost would be hard to take considering the experience. This could be an amazing hotel, it needs some TLC to get there.”
