4万近い値段を取るのに、セルフにするとは値段に見合わないサービスだと思います。
一階のグロウスターホテルのレセプションに聞いて、居室の一室がレセプションと教えられたので、すぐに向かいましたが、その部屋には誰もおらず30分間待ちました。
それで、エクスペディアを通して苦情メールしたら、係の方が慌てて飛 んできました。
対応してくださった方が親切だったので、不快感は和らぎましたが、値段不相応なサービスだと思いました。
