โLizzie was there to welcome us at the apartment. Her instructions beforehand were detailed and accurate. Lizzie was extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.โ

โHad a couple of technical issues. Iโm not surprised as it is a new venue running some state of the art systems. Problems happen. The staff went out of their way to assist. That is the measure of a great company. Problems could not be fixed then and there, however they made sure I was happy. Gold star. โ
โClean and comfortable, gym was a little lacking in terms of weights, and there were little things like the chairs in the room had significant wear. A cover would fix this cheaply and quickly. Otherwise a seamless stay. โ

โI thought had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities. In particular a microwave to heat wheat pack-pain relief from recent shoulder replacement.
I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one.
Was appreciated making the second night more bearable.
