I like the many elevators.
I was very disappointed with our room because the view was mostly of the city and the top floors of garages n other hotels.
This was my very special 60th bday so I’d requested diamond head facing room w partial ocean. When we ask to change rooms. We were told it would b an addtl $300/night. I did not want a full ocean view as I suffer from vertigo and need a land reference to avoid nausea.
My family and I have been staying at the Sheraton including the Malia suite for decades. Unfortunately, the service has changed and I no longer feel that the Sheraton Waikiki is our special place.
