"The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired-no bagels, English muffins-just bread-the eggs were watery-the sausage was cold-not much variety at all. The shuttle feature was nice, but the property needs to be “freshened up”."

"Fresh made omelets every am! Great Happy hr two free drinks nightly. Jacuzzi was hot and worked. Movies came and went. Premium floor snack tray free. Two restaurants on property and other food trucks or fast food walking distance. Street parking gets crowded. They charge for parking now but have grace period. Minimal staffing but adequate and friendly. Have Dad stay here when visiting and no complaints. They have a small gym and laundry also. Many locals do a stay cation here. Need car to see sights from this location."

The Service Experience However, my experience was deeply disappointing. We booked this stay to break up a long journey from Thailand and New Zealand and to mark our 40th wedding anniversary. After a grueling red-eye flight, we were looking for the resort experience one expects at this price point. Instead, we felt "trapped" in a perpetual sales pitch. When we sought technical assistance with the resort’s app at the welcome desk, we weren't given a solution; instead, we were met with a misleading high-pressure invitation to a timeshare presentation. I would never have booked this location had it been clearly disclosed that the priority here is timeshare sales rather than guest relaxation. Dining & Health Issues The logistical hurdles with the app meant we missed out on reservations for the main restaurant. We turned to the pool grill, where I ordered a BBQ sandwich that arrived dry and burnt. Regrettably, I ate it anyway—an error that cost me the next two days of my trip due to illness. Final Verdict While the property is physically beautiful, the "hotel food" warnings I received were an understatement, and the aggressive sales culture ruined it."
