"The property was in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We went to the mauka warriors luau which was 5 minutes from the property and we also had easy access to Pearl Harbor for 2 days. The staff were always very friendly. We had an amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary! "

"Staff was very rude when we needed towels or had questions. In the five days that we were there they never cleaned the room even after putting the sign on door that we needed cleaning services. The beds were old and very uncomfortable felt that they were falling apart. "

"The staff and the parking are the highlights. The room layout was great for my family of 5 adults with the two bedrooms; and the full kitchen was great. It was good to have all the seating area to visit as well. The location is still very close to the beach and lots of nice restaurants around. "

"Overall the hotel Was good for the value, valet parking nice, though very expensive. The problem we had with the property was we were told housekeeping every 2 days but a refresh available daily, our room was cleaned once in the 7 days we were there, we had to ask for towels twice and toilet paper. When they did come to clean they didn’t take dirty towels and didn’t wipe anything down or replace any amenities. Don’t have a garbage bag either. "

"The check in clerk didn’t mention how to get from parking lot back to main lobby to take different elevator up to rooms, it was late at night so we were confused but luckily came upon a security guard to direct us. Then our room was in need of a proper cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom was especially dirty with the floor, baseboards and corners in need of attention. The door was a barn style door and it was obvious the housekeepers never closed the door while cleaning the bathroom as the...

"Stayed in a single cabin. Staff was helpful location was great. Enough bathroom space and the common room was large and clean. Hotel is right in the middle of wakiki. A overall great spot cheap and if you are planing to spend more time at the beach and doing activities around the island. It's a no brainer. Only 2 cons I really have about this place is first they do not have parking so if you rented a vehicle be prepared to pay as much in nearby parking than you did for the accommodations. The...
