"Can’t beat the location. The view is stunning. Housekeeping staff are amazing and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like were the elevators. They felt old, shaky and very unstable. It’s an older hotel so it’s expected."

"Rooms were very clean and the oceanfront room was amazing. I would have like for the bathroom to be a little bigger and the toilet not be 1 inch from door. One other thing, there were no beach chairs at the beach for guest. We had to walk down to the street to store that offered 3 items daily for free that you could rent."

"The staff at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach were excellent. Any request we had they did everything they could to make it happen. The rooms were very clean, they had a nice variety at breakfast beyond what you would normally expect at a continental breakfast and even the drinks at the bar were excellent. It is walking distance to the beach and many other places, as well such as shopping and dining. And if you do not want to go out to eat, there is a Domino’s Pizza right in the hotel lobby. We got pizza twice and it was delicious both times. I highly recommend staying here when looking for a great hotel."

"The hotel was OK. The room was fine. But the staff was top notch! they all made the hotel and our stay the best. They were so friendly, helpful and understanding of a stressful situation I was in and I really appreciate the level of kindness and helpfulness. They showed me and my family. Mahalo Holiday Inn, we will definitely be back."
