โBeautiful place with amazing staff!! Loved the private beach and the pool variety. Will definitely be coming back. It is in a gated area which makes it secure and safe but far from vendors and convenience stores. โ
โUn hermoso hotel que en general se encuentra en buen estado pero se le nota un poco el paso del tiempo. โSo the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym.
