"The rooms are air conditioned, clean, and spacious. Staff is very kind and are easy to talk to. The location is in walking distance to everything you want, food is across the street. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again! "

"Receptionist not very friendly, can get quite rude at times. Very accusatory. For example, one morning as we were coming down the stairs, the receptionist came out suddenly with a stained towel in hand, saying "you dirty towel we cut 500 baht". No hi hello, right away accusing us. We told them it's not us, she went away. Next evening as we were coming in, she showed us a bed sheet that has a small faint blood stain (like stretched) and said the sheet was from my sister's room & they are going to cut 300 Baht. She was showing us a video & saying either pay 300 Baht or wash it yourself. My sister ended up washing it & the stain went away very easily. Not very pleased with how they treat they customers. Location is great but never going to stay there again."
