Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Cala Esmeralda. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, especially the shower and walk-in shower area. However, the towels could be better—they felt somewhat low quality for the standard of the hotel. The hotel has two pools, and both are excellent. The indoor and main hotel pool areas were very good and never felt like a problem. The only negative point was the beach club pool, which was consistently very crowded during the days we stayed. The beach club opens at 10:00 a.m. The gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great feature. The hotel’s decoration and overall design are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The spa and sauna area is also wonderful and adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, great design, a very good breakfast, and spacious rooms. The crowded beach club pool and the quality of the towels are the main areas that could be improved."

"Toilet wasn't bolted down so rocked when getting up or down. Couldn't cool the room below 23.5 an sometimes it was up to 25. Only complaints, all common areas well maintained and clean. Room was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful!"

"Couldn't fault hotel. Food especially good. Very neat to beach and away from touristy areas. Only downside is planes taking off every minute during day. But being close to the airport has its advantages as well. I'd choose to go there again."

"The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area."

"Everybody was so lovely. I was on a solo vacation and the property was fantastic. The regular food options were lovely, and the special BBQ and Italian evenings were also such a lovely change from the norm, albeit a bit pricy (€75pp) if you have dietary preferences/restrictions which mean you can’t eat some of the menu. The staff were great though, and tried to find alternates where possible. The breakfast was lovely too. The yoga sessions in the beautiful chapel were such a good way to start your day, and it is a shame I didn’t get to stay on a Friday to try out the Pilates too. The adult pool was peaceful and you can order food/drink to your sunbed using the QR code. The whole place was conducive to placidity and reflection. One thing that slightly discoloured my stay, was that my room had a slight bit of damp in the bathroom and the ceiling fan sounded like it was poorly fitted so I didn’t use it at night due to the noise. Would 100% go back again and would advise others to go. Be sure to download Mallorcab if you don’t use a hire car, as uber is a lot more expensive there."

"The hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. My room was comfortable and nicely kept, although it was a little on the small side and we had 2 single beds attached The gym was amazing and very well equipped, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Mallorca. Parking is available on the street, but we were always able to find a spot relatively close to the hotel, which was very convenient. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. I found it a little expensive considering the variety of options available. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness, facilities, and overall condition of the hotel made it a great place to stay, and I would definitely consider coming back."

"Lovely staff sorry couldn’t remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. That’s just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff."
