โFor an economical hotel next to the highway downtown, this place was great. The staff were beyond exceptional in welcoming and hospitality. Rooms were ok for the price and clean. Had no issues with noise, parking, nor eere the gas stations crowded with junkies like other comments have suggested. I would gladly stay again.โ

โWe love the Montvale. We stay here almost every time we're in town for a concert and we ALWAYS eat downstairs at The Gilded Unicorn. We love it. The hotel is a great place for adults and couples. โ
โThis property is in the art district, so when shows or music is happening, itโs in great demand. Convenient to other attractions and the freeway.
Rooms are small, but efficient.
It says hotel, but technically itโs a motel as the doors to the rooms are outside. Definitely well worth the cost. Would stay again โ

โStay here for a conference at UW Medicine. Best so far among the rest compare other hotels nearby this area if the purpose to want something super close to campuses-UW Medicine, Gonzaga, WSU Medicine.โ
