"The staff were absolutely wonderful in all ways and every experience. The area itself is a bit shady, but, I unfortunately think that is to be expected almost anywhere these days. Fast food restaurants are super close, and a few 'higher' class restaurants close by as well. There is a Wal-Mart, Dollarama and Dollar Tree quite close too. The pool amd hot tub are decent, but they are strict about when they close them. Has a really good little water slide which I enjoyed possibly more than my son did haha. Small gym is on site also. Pool and gym are on a lower level, so no windows or outdoor light, which was weird to me. Ovearll, cleanliness of the rooms was decent and we will return, ourselves. "
"I did not find anything that I did not like, check in and check out was very good, the rooms were clean, the chambermaids were good as they answered all my questions and supplied me with two smaller pillows that I requested and the breakfast every morning was good with a change in selection every day.
There was one thing I was not a happy camper with, the on property restaurant named Ricky's, poor service and the food less that acceptable in my opinion."
"Staff was helpful. The AC was not working when we checked into the hotel, but they kindly switched us to another room. Beds and hotel room were comfortable, and the check out process was easy."
