"Great location. Room and balcony were lovely. The bathroom has no fans and only a partial shower door, so the bathroom is very steamy and partially flooded with every shower. The rooftop “pool” is tiny, and the restaurant is meh. Valet parking is nice as is the live music and sunsets."

"We upgraded to a two bedroom suite in the old Shore Cliff side of the Pacific Point hotel - the newly refurbished room was beautiful and our balcony had the best view I've ever seen anywhere in the world - absolutely spectacular. Loved spending time on it and saw dolphins and whales. Beds were comfy and we slept well. On the downside, the kitchenette wasn't well equipped or easily useable - it had a microwave and large fridge but loads of practically empty cupboards (no cutlery, very few pieces of crockery) and - most bizarrely - no sink to wash up in! We'd brought some deli food for dinner but as there were no plates we had to eat out of some small coffee cups we found and when these were taken away by housekeeping the next day, they weren't replaced. When we requested cutlery from reception we were given plastic knives and forks which were pretty useless for chopping and not great from an environmental perspective."
