"Strange shampoo and soap"

"Great location, stairs (lots of stairs) to the beach, rooms spacious and clean. The only issue we had was parking, we had two cars and they only allow one parking pass per room. We had to find space four blocks away to leave one car. It was residential, but not the best situation to have women walking late at night to their cars."

"This is an older property. The great thing is you do get some larger rooms/bathroom. Could use some updating but then you would be paying a higher rate because the location is great! Everything is within walking distance. Stay during the week to get the lower rates as everything goes up for weekend rates. Definitely would stay here again. When AC was out on the first room, they addressed the issue right away and moved us to a new room. So some rooms need maintenance, but again, the price and location are great."

"Room was clean. Staff is friendly However the carpet & furniture were a bit dated. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors talking. Overall it was a good stay. "

"The hot tub was roped off and we were not given a reason why. Kind of a big bummer for a beach trip in February."

"Room said Full Ocean view. We have stayed previously had had a wonderful experience. We were on the 1st floor this time. People with uninstructed views into our room. Boardwalk and railing obstructed the entire view."

"Love the SeaVenture! Have been staying here for years! Staff were great! Always very polite and helpful. Rooms are well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. Love the in room fireplace and private spa on balcony! The restaurant is one of the best in Pismo!! This place is truly a gem! "

"Will not stay here again. No sheer drapes so unless you pull the blackouts curtain closed, you're on display like an animal in the zoo. No place to put anything in the bathroom. Closet had only 4 hangers. They allow smoking right outside the room so all the smoke came in our room. No place to plug anything in. EXHORBANT RATE for a room like this. Should cost $50.00."
