“The property didn’t match what we thought we had selected. We thought we were getting the apartment with a kitchen. We were placed in a room and the bathroom was down the public hallway and up a set of stairs. When talking to the owner she offered us the apartment we thought we had for and additional $30 Euro per day with a $20 Euro utility fee. She told us we should have looked at her website to see the rooms even though we used Expedia. I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom...
