"I had a good stay overall. The rooms are nice, spacious and the views are great. The location is also excellent and very convenient. There were a few things that could definitely be improved. The AC in our room was leaking and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I would also recommend bringing your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner because the products provided were very cheap and heavily watered down. That said the staff was excellent and very responsive. We ran out of towels and requested more, and they were delivered to our room within about 10–15 minutes which I really appreciated. Hotel could definitely use some remodeling as it’s a little outdated. Overall the location, views, rooms, and customer service were great. With a few improvements to the maintenance and bathroom amenities, this could be an excellent stay."

"It was wonderful and we will be back! We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping, close to the exhibits we wanted to check out. It was everything we were looking for our family of 5. The hotel had a great breakfast, parking garage right next to it and indoor pool. The staff were helpful on helping us navigate everything and checking in and out. Our room was clean with a great river view. I wish we checked out the hotels dining one night as well, but breakfast was fantastic."

"The rooms were clean. It is an older hotel, but it has been renovated. The stsff is very nice and helpful! Perfect stay with children. It is very convenient to get to the pool and beach."

"This hotel is a great location. Our room was clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is awesome! Something different each morning along with fresh fruit, oatmeal, grits & yogurt & nice variety of cereals. Walking distance to restaurants and right on broadwalk. Tiki bar was really nice too! Great drinks & food."
