• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 1.50 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 15.0 per person, per stay
• Electricity fee: EUR 0.38 per kilowatt-hour, per stay
