"Property and house staff were perfect, but we had a problem w security issue, my daughter purse with phone inside disappeared from a swimm up bar edge around 5pm. We traced the phone and was showing that was still there till 10.15 pm when cleaners left the pool. Then we saw it was on the move, security was still telling us that we will get it tomorrow in lost and found, but 15 min later when traced phone and showed up outside the main gate, then we run with security to check who have it. They catch the worker with my daughter phone, they talk to him for 10 min and let him go home. Im upset becouse when we could find her phone faster, nobody from security was interested helping until we pointed that our phone is outside the property. We spent almost 5 hours to find it ourselves around the pool area and, if we didn't run to the outside bus station to get it, we will never had this phone back. "

"Kitchen, laundry, full refrigerator and extra snacks. Very good hotel and beautiful location. Loved everything. We had an all inclusive package. One thing that was a little annoying was that they will give you a zero dollar bill every time and ask you for tips."

"Outstanding service! Luxurious and welcoming! Beautiful white sand beach, gorgeous view. I enjoyed many of the fun activities including pool Zumba, candle making, beach yoga, and sound healing. Nightly entertainment was first class—many different styles of music (vocal and instrumental), dance, magic, even a circus above and around the main pool! We ate in almost all of the restaurants and the food was awesome! Already planning a return visit in 2027! "
