"We had the most amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel with my friends and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, our butlers Sergio and Ana took incredible care of us. They were attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even made my birthday feel really special, which I’ll never forget. It felt personal, warm, and truly well taken care of. The ambiance of the resort was a solid 10/10—beautiful, relaxing, and exactly the kind of luxury getaway we were looking for. The staff across the entire property were consistently warm, welcoming, and respectful, which made the experience even better. Food-wise, it was a bit mixed, but overall still enjoyable. We didn’t get to try everything, but Helios and Capricho were great for breakfast and definitely stood out for us. Overall, the service and atmosphere carried the experience in the best way. We left feeling well taken care of, appreciated, and honestly a little spoiled. We will absolutely be coming back again—that’s a promise.
