The à la carte and buffets were 5-star level. The hostess, waitstaff, and chefs paid attention to every detail, making our dining experiences phenomenal. Our catamaran tour scheduled by Xcaret Travel was an awesome experience. In addition, Karina and Jordan from Premier Travel Club provided a welcoming and great presentation. It feels great to have joined the Family. We will definitely be back at this resort and take advantage of the Premier Travel opportunity."
