"Housekeeping"

"This hotel is awful. From beginning to end. We were a family of 30 in town for a funeral. Cockroaches in the bathrooms that scurried out when blow dryer was turned on, bed was broken - like broken! Refrigerator door was off hinges. The shower floor felt spongy. Where the shower head comes out of the wall is open and hollow. Shampoo and conditioner bottles don’t open. Three of our guests got bug bites. My Uncle (84 years old) stepped on a 1/2 inch cockroach in the hallway. There was a leather/kinky convention that we feel we should have been told about as we had kids and older adults who didn’t need to see it. We had pre asked for adjoining rooms on a higher floor and they put us on 1st floor where the cockroaches were. Front staff wouldn’t accommodate and help. It was just a hard situation and hard experience. I do not recommend. "

"A lot of people live there and it feels insecure. One Con is office closes at 10pm if you have an emergency there is no one to assist you, if you need a key you will be locked out."

"The room was nice. Sort of military grade, but it was OK. Temperature was warm and we could not find the Thermostat. Elevator was broke so we had to use Stairs we are luggage. Which could have been rectified if we would’ve got a unit on the bottom since it did not look like all the units were filled. They did have an electric charger, which was cool. The Bartender at the office officer Club was very helpful and we had a good time there."

"Arrived to a lively and beautifully diverse scene bustling with kids, young adults and elderly that were simply celebrating life! Very comforting to witness and experience considering we’re not seeing this happening too much in our nation these days…. Nonetheless, my stay was short (1 night) but worked perfectly for where I needed to be. Encountered some check-in issues but quickly resolved by attentive staff. Side note: solid dispensary down the street and round the corner off Harvard St.😑"
