โCheck-in is fast. Room is reasonably large and comfortable. Fixtures are somewhat dated but acceptable. It is close to the waterfront, where you can see a beautiful sunset under the Mackinac Bridge and a night full of stars. Walking to the Mackinac Island ferry takes about 10 mins and the main area is pretty close as well. โ

โThe staff here are so helpful and friendly! The King rooms are a little small so if possible reserve the suite. The property is BEAUTIFUL, the flowers!!! Smores on the beach, quiet and peaceful! โ
โI didnโt even realise this was a motel until the desk clears mentioned it at checkout. I typically choose hotels with free breakfast, but due to the popular and overpriced location, I went for this accommodation. I would absolutely stay here again, and have no problem recommending it. Bakery options around the corner conpensate for no breakfast. Clean, simple rooms.โ

โStaff was friendly and easy check in. Cabins are clean and comfortable. Nice beach if you want to have a fire or swim. Easy to get on the Mackinac ferry if staying here โ

โNo breakfast options other than granola bars. However, there are many restaurants very close by. Good location, close to everything. We had a minor problem with the room that the hotel staff resolved quickly. Note that the free wifi at the hotel is not secure, but cell signal was good. No microwave in the room, and the fridge did not have much space. But room was huge. Loved the log cabin decor.โ
โNice place to stay for a few days. The staff is wonderful. There was a happy 20th anniversary sign in the room when we arrived. The bed was very soft, (not my preference) but was still comfy. We stayed in a handicap room, due to my disability. The room was quiet, except for our first night. It sounded like there was someone practicing parkour. The hotel was within walking distance of downtown. The breakfast was mediocre. ( bagels, toast, sausage, waffles, cereal and yogurt) The large containers...
โNo complaints. It was very clean and the bath towels were so soft. Check in is at 3 and they have a sign on their door letting you know no early check-in.. โ
