Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The check in process was horrible. We did not receive the code to get in so I called. The actual rental agency couldn't get payment from VRBO. I ended up having to call VRBO, which took 2 hours to sort out on the day of check in. It was a major inconveinance. I will not deal with the rental company again.
