“I always stay here when I’m in town. I own a business in Sevierville and this is my go to place . The hotel is more a like a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a full kitchen and all the little amenities you need set up in the bathrooms . The only complaint I have is that I wish one bathroom had a bathtub or a normal shower . They have fancy rain showers which are sometimes not practical for women not wanting their hair wet . I have to purchase shower caps for my stay , other than that I...

“All members of the staff that were working while we were staying were wonderful. Breakfast had a lot of selections, Trudy, was always keeping items fresh. Housekeeping kept our room clean and with fresh towels. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“I guess you get what you pay for. I had two rooms so first room had stained linens on both beds employy did bring fresh ones then the ceiling leaked in the bathroom floor of the second room. I did tell desk employee and he left a note for maintenance. Didn't see any one from maintenance. I was on vacation not planning to sit in a room all day. “Everything from arriving to not wanting to leave if that explains it. Family trip was very well enjoyed at this hotel. The kids loved the pool. Food was no issue lots of options around. Lots of stuff keep the family attractions not far from the hotel. And you get free and discounts just for staying there. Staff was one call away everytime.
