“Beware if you are booking this property. Lots of stairs. Ask about access to your room. My 77 year old wife and I had to laboriously trudge our way up THREE step stories of stairs. All while trying to lug a small suit case. No one at the facility even offers to assist. Will not book again.”

“The tour of the Duff mansion was exquisite & so were the accommodations!! Authentic furniture & furnishings of the 1800s. The gal tour guide went way beyond in details & historic retelling of stories; & our welcome was very warm with a wine mtg at the mansion. The breakfast was fancy & super good. We met wonderful guests from all over- even Europe. It was a very special experience to go back in time & relive the Civil War era. All the extras the owner provides is extraordinary!! “Friendly staff”

“This is a recently renovated and well maintain in in the Vicksburg area. The only problem we had was with our air conditioner and they sent the maintenance man to fix it making for a good night sleep.. Their coffee and breakfast were very good.”

“Front desk staff was awesome. However the rooms are very basic, with no blackout curtains and not the cleanest. Tub/shower handles were loose. Old urine and dust were at the base of the toilet. I cleaned it up myself. A train passing horn blowing at 6-7AM. Dog food kibbles found in corner. Room door had to be slammed shut to close. Overall outside upkeep is not a priority. Crosswalk light does not work crossing street to and from hotel to parking garage. No front desk night person, but a...
