โWe had a great stay! It was a family trip, and we really enjoyed the overall experience. However, one downside was the breakfastโby the time we arrived, it had already ended, and we werenโt able to eat. It would be helpful if breakfast hours were extended a bit, especially for families.โ
โEverything about this trip/stay was easy and convenient. I was attending a 2-day event at MetLife and everything was super simple. The only thing I would say(let me preface that this isnโt there fault but itโs good info to have): itโs right around the corner from MetLife but youโre not able to walk. I wish you could as it would be 10x more convenient. โ
โThe hotel is centrally located, many restaurants and stores nearby without needing to go through traffic. The family suite is great, as kids had their own bedroom with individual beds, and their own bathroom. Food in the hotel is good, many options available. The service is excellent, staff are very welcoming. Hotel has free parking with restricted access.โ
โEverything was great except for the shuttle offer to and from the concert. The concert was across the highway. They charged $30 each way per person. I felt that free shuttle service would have been fair. We came for the concert. We wonโt be doing it again because of the transportation optionsโฆ We waited for 2 hours to get back to the hotel which was .5 miles away. That is not the hotels fault. However, if Extended Stay made transportation for their guests easier, we would do this again. โ

โTruly exceptional. Large, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Lovely lounge in the lobby. But the staff were what really makes the Wallace wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really loved staying there!โ
