The owner was very kind and made my family feel welcome. The rooms are being remodeled and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. The neighborhood isn’t great but the room is close to the interstate and it's really easy to get to Ashland.

I love how clean the room was and the flooring was really nice. My only complaint is the loose soap holder in the shower and the loose shower door handle. With a little maintenance I would give 5 stars. Staff was great and parking was so nice. I felt at home here. The AC is super strong so you won't ever get hot.

Great value, very clean!

Very clean, very comfortable. The beds were super soft and comfy, I had the best nights sleep I've had this whole trip! Has lots of storage. Really great value!

Door to reception locked - finally understood that I needed to ring doorbell. Check-in quick but didn't seem welcoming - also found I needed to get ice from the office - no ice machine. Room very nice, air conditioned, clean, and good furniture placement. Check out quick and welcoming.

Close to my family and shopping I'm familiar with. Photo is from decades ago as the shower, carpeting and bathroom is disgusting, broken ice machine, had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper during my three days.
