For £200 the room was way too small. Location: good Service was good. Fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning. But the person in charge didn’t know how to turn it off. So we all have to be outside for around 2 hours. Bad training?

Given the price for a room in this hotel, I was disappointed by the standard of maintenance. Room 443, the TV screen kept breaking up,the remote control didn't work properly, the shower leaked under the door and the flexible shower arm was coming apart revealing the plastic pipe inside. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Another point to note for those with mobility issues, its at least half a mile to the nearest tube station.

Great location. Super accessible to the Underground/Tube. Rooms well maintained and clean. Staff was great. The breakfast everyday was fantastic. Would book again if in London.
