"The elevator up to the 8th floor main lobby had absolutely zero air ventilation or air flow, its like a sauna in there. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely amazing!!! Love the Bath set up too!!!"

"The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. And I think that's more to do with Japanese hotels in this area. I was out and about so much I didn't really notice, but that's a real concern, especially if you're staying with other people. Breakfast was great. They had Western and Japanese offerings and both were delicious! Shinjuku is very much big city Tokyo -- it felt like NYC at times. The environment is lively and the nights were surprisingly quiet. I'd recommend this spot to travelers, especially those under 40."

"This was an ideal hotel for first time travelers to the area. Less than two minutes away from multiple train lines the hotel leaves you with access to everything you need from local food, shopping and of course konbini! The rooms are large enough for about 3 suitcases and a few bags. The provide great amenities from soaking bath powder, pajamas, and even face masks. After a long day of sight seeing you can rest on the large full size firm mattress and stream your Netflix from the large flat screen."

"The hotel is in a convenient area of Shinjuku with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. However, the room was quite small, making it difficult to fully open large luggage. The room also felt a bit dated, and the portable AC unit wasn't powerful enough to keep the room comfortably cool. While the location is good, it's not quite as close to the train station as we expected, so be prepared for a 15-20 minutes walk. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and location."
