โ4 night stay as part of our honeymoon. The woman on reception was excellent, gave us a full explanation of the suite and how it worked, what was included and such. She also gave us some restaurant recommendations which turned out to be lovely and really tasty.

โAmazing stay here. Wish we couldโve stayed longer. Very clean room. Easy check in. Quiet yet close to everything. Above all, amazing customer service. They arranged a taxi at 4am on a Sunday, which was soooo helpful. We passed multiple people on the street with luggage trying to get a taxi so very lucky they assisted with that. โ
โThe small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! โThis place went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. The staff is really great they even offered suggestions for shopping and food. The building is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are fluffy and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very nice. Especially the fresh orange juice you can drink every morning and the cake you make yourself is really delicious.
The train station is a little far, but the tourist sites are close and it's easy to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants in the area.
My husband and I talk about our good memories of the hotel even when we have return to Korea. Next time we return to Florence, we aim to stay again."
