"The hotel lobby and room were impeccably clean. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and responsive."

"Parking was good and well lit. Night clerk was friendly and lobby was clean. Room could of used a better cleaning and floors were sticky. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and blankets were clean. I didn't eat at the breakfast so no comment on that. Shower was hot and and showerhead was strong and good. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash were good, hotel quality, in big bottles. Towels were clean. It felt like a safe property to stay at. There were some teenagers being loud in the lobby and two rooms next to me, but I just put headphones in. Would stay again, maybe in a different room configuration. "

"GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby."

"Pet friendly. Very gracious and accommodating host. Loved the Hyde Park area. Close park to walk dog. Comfortable bed. Very clean and kept up well. Quiet."
