Each room is managed by a different company. It took 5 trips to different locations for them to find me. They were rude and my booking was at the first check in spot I went too. They had no housekeeping. No clean towels. The floors were missing laminate. Showers overflowed onto the floor. Stated on web site many items within walking distance, not true. Had to Uber everywhere or if we rented a car we had to pay $45 just to park at hotel. Everything was over priced for such a poor quality hotel. At the end of our staff with building was cited for structural issues. Needs closed and remodeled.

poor customer service. We never had a service call answered or a VM returned. we had to go to the front desk for all items (towels, soap, etc) as the hotel staff would not take any service calls. There were many issues with several things in our room. all minor but easily corrected if the staff cared. Broken lamp wouldn't shut off, you get only 2 beach towels for the week. Hair dryer was broken. Toilet ran and refiled about every 4 minutes. Soap dispenser at sink was so watered down, there was no more soap in it. No link to the front desk from TV to check out. Coffee pot handle was on the wrong side of the coffee pot (believe it or not). Mold all over shower curtain, Bathroom door knob was broken and would latch, had a walk in closet but they supply only two hangers.

This place is awful. We arrive and the outdoors and lobby are nice but the parking is a mess. Get to the room, the room is dirty, one bed is broken and there’s a hole in the bathroom door like someone punched it. I was so grossed out I decided not to stay. Went to the front desk which a security officer was working (no attendant) and told him I’m not staying and I don’t want to be charged. He said ok call them and let them know in the morning. We left and called back in the morning and no one answers. Hit other extensions for this phone number and no answer. Called multiple times at different times of the day and still no answer. My boyfriend left a message, no call back. Checked my bank and saw they charged me $143! I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes before making the decision to leave. And now can’t get ahold of the property at all to receive a refund. Do not stay here! No communication, gross rooms, and they scam you out of your money. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel and I travel A LOT!

The parking was terrible, it was valet so every time you left and arrived you had to wait in a long line to leave or get your car, at least 10 min every time. The communication was terrible because everyone spoke Spanish, people were behind the desk that ‘didn’t work there’ and they were very rude and not helpful. The room itself was dirty, the bathroom sink was broken, and hair dryer didn’t work, the shower was filthy, we never had room service our entire stay so never received new towels or anything we requested. The sink was asked to be fixed 4 times and never was. Our bags were stolen from the beach right behind the hotel. We called the police 3 times to file a report and they weren’t concerned, never came out to help at all, the hotel security was rude about it and wasn’t willing to help at all, was only concerned about my daughter putting a shirt over her swimming suit. My entire experience in Miami was awful but if the hotel was nice it would’ve helped a bit....but it was one of the worst places I ever stayed. Also on arrival they charged me $$$ for an upgrade difference but I never upgraded, and refused to give it back. Now as we left a day early, we still were never able to get our money back, on top of a refund we should receive for leaving early. I would never recommend Miami as a family vacation, and I would NEVER recommend this hotel! -2 stars

A disaster

Not good at all.. property was decent, up kept, and clean but my room did not have hot water! Hot water... The front desk charged me an extra fee without my knowledge! And then said they didn’t have the authority to refund me. I check out days ago and am still trying to get my refund.

The experience overall was horrible. Upon arriving the front desk was closed and we had to check in with security, who was extremely rude and had no idea what she was doing. Valet took 1hr and a half to get our vehicle, and charged us $40 even though we had two rooms booked. Bathroom in room was dirty, toilet not cleaned, shower had scum all along the walls. Very disappointed with our stay. Never again. Tried to call manager next day and they hung the phone up.

Likes: Clean room, free valet parking. Building is right on the beach. Perfect sunrise on the beach. Short Drive to everything. Our room has view of both Ocean and canal side. Dislikes: 10am checkout, getting disturbed by the cleaning crew at 8:30am trying to open the room and come in. Had view on both side but windows were small, will not open and no balcony.

Absolutely terrible! $205 unforeseen “resort fee”. $250 deposit. Bathroom was filthy with hair left in the bathtub. Sand was left on the floor of the room. No housekeepers. Have to pay for extra towels. Have to pay for linen changes. Security followed behind two young men harassing them about a face mask that they had on. The ONLY good thing was the ocean view. Will not ever go back nor recommend.

Bathroom in our room looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years and the bathroom in the lobby in 50 years. Dresser doors had a stench to them we could not put our clothes away. Room in general was bad.

Look but don’t book

The room was spacious and at first sight was relatively but the apartment had roaches. I killed at least six of them my self. It took 2 hours to check-in. Check in is at 3. I arrived at 3:05. There were only 3 people in front of me and it still took 2 hours. The problem is that they only had one person at registration even though this is the opening of check in. That’s just dumb. Ok once you check in. You then have to go to security again they have just one person at the security office. The security gives you the paperwork to register your vehicle. After that you have to go back to the valet to give him/her the paperwork for the valet. Other than that the view was good and the access to the beach was unbelievable. These are the best features. Oh yes one more thing. I booked my hotel through hotels .com and it said that the parking was free. However when I got there they charge me an extra $114 for parking and WiFi. They could have something special but they need better management and upfront pricing.

There was no phone in our condo, the air conditioning leaked so badd on the floor that my sister slipped and the management didn't seem to care. We asked for pillows for 3 nights and never received them. The pool in the pictures were not the same as the pool when we got there. When we checked in we were told that part of the party would have to stay at another hotel when we booked them all together. Do I need to go further? Will never stay or recommend this place to anyone

front desk service provided by Wicleline & Gercia was above AND beyond amazing. Both were knowledgable about activites and provided great customer service and support through out our vacation. Both ladies made this the best hotel stay and would return!

Péssima estadia

O hotel tinha tudo para ser ótimo, apesar da ausência de conservação do apartamento que, em si, tem um tamanho bom. Armário quebrado, cama que range, pingueira no banheiro, tratamento péssimo dos funcionários exceto o valet, funcionários da limpeza com som alto oito e meia da manhã, mesmo com reclamação. O pior: a porta simplesmente abria sem a chave! Por acaso testei depois de fechar a porta e ela abriu por fora. Duas vezes a manutenção teve que resolver. Tinha medo toda vez que saía do quarto, pois qualquer um poderia entrar. Contratei com limpeza diária e lá disseram que teria que pagar. Itens de limpeza (papel higiênico, toalha, detergente), nada reposto. Fiquei dez dias e tive que usar as toalhas da piscina que estavam inclusas na taxa de resort para tomar banho com toalhas limpas, pois as do quarto eles somente trocariam se eu pagasse pela limpeza. Piscina antiga, com ferrugem, sem chuveiro na área interna para retirada da areia da praia, o que existia ficava fora da entrada do hotel que, quando vc iria subir para entrar, já sujava de novo os pés de areia , então a piscina tinha muita areia por consequência. Já fui à Miami Beach algumas vezes e este hotel me serviria pq tinha saída direto para a praia, mas foi uma verdadeira decepção. É a primeira vez que deixo comentários sobre um hotel porque achei péssimo. Quem gosta da praia de lá como eu se prepare para as algas. Mesmo com a limpeza, elas estão lá este ano e são muitas. São vários hotéis, cada ap é de um hotel.

Now what I paid for

The room was not what I saw on line, the door to our room would not open with the card on the first tries, when I informed the hotel they did nothing, they never cleaned my room they said I didn't have room service and I had to pay for clean bath towels, when I booked it stated I had room service. The room was not clean and the sink water in the kitchen was yellow.

very disappointed

the reasons for the choice of the hotel was location and the restaurant on the premises. the Restaurant was closed most of the time I was there. and at no point with any questions asked to the front desk did the go out of their way to help me and when the problem with the door happened it was my fault up until the time they fixed it without ever saying sorry or asking if I was ok
