The room was big enough for the 2 of us but the bathroom was small. It wasn't a big issue though since we only stayed overnight. My only problem was the pillow. It smelled like sweat. It didn't smell like the newly laundered smell you get when staying at a hotel, bnb or even at a relative's house. I had to cover it with a towel since there's no front desk after 6pm and we didn't go to sleep until 12midnight. Overall, the stay would've been great if not for the pillow.

A Motel 8 would have been better. They send you a complicated link that requires your Identification which is sketchy. They never sent a check in code. I had to message them to receive it. There are 2 types of lock on the door and they didn’t provide clear instructions on which lock. The room was filthy. Filthy is an understatement. We didn’t shower. Thank God it was less than a 24 hour stay after a flight. It was very unwelcoming environment as they sell excursions out of the front desk. I would highly suggest booking somewhere else.

The rooms and the building requires maintenance that the ownership has not done. Broken window sashes, calcified water intrusions, shower mold, sand in the floor, weird smells throughout and poor finishes. I’d recommend paying a bit more and getting a regular hotel.

Room was clearly not cleaned beforehand, dust and sand and little detritus was everywhere on the floor and under the beds. Bedsheets seemed reasonably clean, though. Trash was not emptied after previous inhabitants left, and there was only one single half roll of toilet paper provided.

It was just ok. Bed and pillows were comfy. Convienent location and mostly everything worked. However I was briefly out of water, that shut off randomly while I was in the shower, and the small window unit AC really struggles to keep the room cool. The hallway was often times cooler than our room. It seemed that the property was undergoing renovations, judging from the noises that started around 8am each day.

The location of this property is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short in several areas. Check-in was poor; the front desk staff member was unhelpful and had a very arrogant attitude. The building has no elevator, which was an issue with our luggage. The room itself was not clean enough and didn’t feel comfortable or well-maintained. The cleaning standard was noticeably below what you’d expect from a hotel. We were also disturbed at night by noisy guests, as there appears to be no 24-hour security or staff presence to address this. While the proximity to the beach is a big plus, the service and cleanliness issues made this stay disappointing. I would not recommend it unless location is your only priority.

Looks similar top pictures but in general very dirty. Alla minnena and towels had stained or hairs from other guests. AC could not be regulated due to it being centralized. Room was very cold and drafty. Lobby personel never greeted us and warched movies on the phone.

The pictures of this hotel are misleading. The beach access is close, however where you are able to use beach chairs is quite a ways away. There are no yellow stripped umbrellas like it shows in the picture. The hotel is very outdated and not that clean. While the location was great, the hotel is really not that nice for the price. The only hotel personal that we ever saw was a lady at the front trying to sell you an excursion. This area of Miami Beach was very nice, just not the hotel.
