A Hidden Gem – Best Stay We've Had in 10 Years! 🌟
We absolutely loved our stay at Renzzy Hotel! The location couldn’t be better – it’s super convenient, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, all in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean – and that’s saying something because we’ve stayed in many hotels, even right on Ocean Drive, and this one was by far the cleanest we’ve experienced. The room was bright, spacious, and well-equipped with a large fridge (perfect for longer stays), a table, chairs, and everything we needed to feel at home.
Agustina was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She’s super helpful, proactive, and always a message away. Even though there’s no reception desk, their team was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp – always quick to reply and ready to solve anything with a smile.
Housekeeping was another highlight – they kept everything in perfect condition during our stay.
If we had to mention any downsides: yes, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors depending on who’s next door. Luckily, we had quiet neighbors and slept comfortably every night. Also, there’s no elevator – but for us, that wasn’t a problem at all. Honestly, even some Ocean Drive hotels with elevators have constant issues, so we didn’t mind at all.
