Overall, this could be a beautiful property. We had issues upon checking in the first room Assigned to us was on the 2nd floor we had a lot of baggage and I am also traveling with a service dog and had plenty of heavy luggage. I wasn't able to get it upstairs. They promptly changed us to a lower room. When we got to the lower room, the bedroom air conditioning didn't work in the bathroom window. Someone had opened and just it was stuck open and couldn't close or lock. They again switched.Our room was beautiful.Everything worked.There is a few minor things that would make it an even better stay.However it was perfect for what we were staying for. At the end of our stay, they came in. Change the towels without permission and went in the refrigerator and took a brand new box of coffee creamers. I did not tell a property this because it was such a petty thing. We did go through our things and ensure that everything else was there. There is not the same amenities in each room. Such as I Do Not Disturb sign. We did not have one so there was nothing we could put on the door however, we did not ask for housekeeping. This property has little to no parking. You kind of just day-by-day at and hope you get a spot in front if you don't you have to park in a parking garage and walk? Unloading and loading of bags is quite difficult. So be prepared outside of that

nice quiet pool large apartment/hotel, kid friendly walkable to lincoln road and miami beach ten minutes, quiet calm location , not a party hotel , good for working remote in room as well, eat in kitchen separate bedroom, fridge stove pots

We booked for a week The price not too bad but if you want trash bag or toilet paper you have call them to get it So we went store get them instead I don’t want bug them when I need toilet paper You also have call them pick up your trash Swimming pool not as clean so we went to the beach
