"I booked this property because it had an airport shuttle, but it starts far too late to be usable for early flights, so I had to pay for an an Uber. Room was somewhat dilapidated, bed uncomfortable, AC very loud. Mild odor to the room. None of the plugs nor lights near the bed worked. Would absolutely not return."

"You all should really have some type of shuttle in place for those getting in after 11:30 PM. I was under the assumption that when I get in at 2 AM, which I kept stating to your staff, they said just call us when you get to door number seven or 15 and we will come and get you no one showed up. I called the number and they said we do not have anyone to assist you so I had to find another way to get to my hotel before check in ended. Also, if I am on the fourth floor, why should I have to go to another floor just to get to the ice vending machine you need a ice vending machine on every floor like every other hotel"

"Dirty room. Loud air conditioner. Refrigerator didn't work.Shuttle had only 1 time available at 9am before cruise ship even started boarding. Would never stay again. Staff wasn't friendly or helpful. Didn't even want to print my receipt."

"I smell marawana every where around the hotel even in my room , I have to spray my perfume around to get out of that smell !!! "When we got there things seemed ok! Time to go to second floor and the stairs are steep so the guy behind the desk said he'd carry our bags up and told us to dial '0' in the morning and they'd send someone up to carry them down. The problem was when we got to the room the phone had dial tone but you couldn't call out on it. No number whatsoever, including '0'. We went to the bar and grill on-site. Very good drinks and food. First server we had was spot on! She told us she would only be our server for a short time until someone else came in. The second server (long dark straight hair) we had sucked. She took care of the table next to us really well but literally walked past us minimum 5 times with empty glasses. We were don't eating for more than 15 mins before we finally had to flag her down and ask for our bill. Would have stayed and had a couple more drinks but by that time we were over it. It was clean except for th hairs in the sink and shower. Pool area was clean. In the morning I went to the desk to ask for someone to carry our bags down and the guy working the desk was not polite and rolled his eyes when I asked. I told him not to worry about it that I would carry both bags down because my friend had ankle surgery last year and she was scared to take hers down. "
