"We asked for 2 extra blankets and only received 1. Why? I do not know when we had a room with double beds. Also, we stayed at the Solanda Hotel rooms. Only 2 regular elevators were working and they had the freight elevators on for us as well. We waited for 30 minutes for an elevator to take us downstairs. We actually got on an elevator to go up first (mind you it went all the way up to the 50th floor and we were on 33) before it went back down to the Casino Floor. During Checkout, there were only 2 people to check everyone out. Never experienced anything like this before."

"Can't beat the location and super helpful and friendly staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping to the baggage check, each department was outgoing and friendly and helpful. We stayed with out family from TX and friends from France that were visiting the US for the first time. They were very pleased as well."

"Overall it was a great place to stay. Clean rooms. Only issue I had was there’s no fitted sheet on the king bed. Just a flat sheet that kept getting untucked so you can wind up sleeping on a bare mattress. Other than that perfect for friends and family"
